Service Associate

Job Summary of Service Associate:

As a service associate, your duties will include serving customers, organizing merchandise, and keeping the store tidy and pleasant in order to provide a satisfying shopping experience. We want to make every meal extraordinary for our guests, and we are searching for a Service Associate who will be dedicated to helping us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities of Service Associate:

• Always ensure that all guests receive excellent service and have a memorable experience
• Interacting with our visitors to ascertain their preferences and needs to help them design their meal options
• Ensuring familiarity with the store's products and weekly ad offerings and cooperating across departments to provide assistance to customers
• Cultivate a hospitable shopping environment by arranging and restocking our products and special items throughout the day, while also ensuring that nearby guests receive the necessary assistance
• Support in maintaining the cleanliness of the store by gathering shopping carts and carrying out general housekeeping duties
• Ensuring that goods are received and shelved in accordance with The Fresh Market expectations
• Prepare and cut a range of meats, cheeses, and ready-to-eat options within the department regularly, ensuring that product quality remains at a high standard
• Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to the established uniform expectations

Qualifications of Service Associate:

• Customers must have reached the age of 18 to be eligible to make purchases at our Deli
