Role and Responsibilities
As a Cashier Assistant, you will help create a positive and efficient shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. In this role, you’ll support daily front-end operations, assist shoppers with care, and work closely with your teammates to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Provide warm, attentive service by greeting customers and assisting them during checkout.
Bag groceries neatly and safely to ensure product protection and customer satisfaction.
Offer assistance and direct customers to appropriate departments or team members as needed.
Retrieve and organize carts and baskets from parking lots and entrances to keep the area orderly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end to promote a positive store appearance.
Perform light restocking, price checks, and return misplaced items to their proper locations.
Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth store operations and efficient service.
Complete additional tasks as assigned to help maintain store standards and customer satisfaction.

Physical endurance to stand for extended periods, push carts, and lift light to moderate loads.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, grocery, or other customer service roles is an advantage.
Basic understanding of store procedures, product handling, and safety guidelines.
