Frozen Inventory Associate

Job Summary of Frozen Inventory Associate:

Tasked with overseeing the maintenance of pricing, stocking, and rotation of products in the frozen food department.

Responsibilities of Frozen Inventory Associate:

• Assist with the unloading of the shipment.
• Move merchandise to designated storage areas for safe storage.
• Accurately unbox shipments and adjust prices as needed.
• Adhere to tag allocation guidelines when restocking store shelves to maintain a neat and well-organized retail environment.
• Aid in setting up store merchandise showcases.
• Rotate perishable items accordingly and dispose of any products that are past their expiration date.
• Monitor the volume of faulty products.
• Correctly finalize the tasks related to your designated area before you depart at the end of your work shift.
• Ensure adherence to the guidelines and protocols set for each department.
• Welcome patrons who come into the store and be mindful.
• Adhere to the company's standards for attire to present a professional image.
• Follow the policies established in the Employee Handbook to maintain organizational standards.
• Upholding pricing and protection measures through a structured program.
• Tidying and organizing sales and storage backdrops.
• Be prepared to support front-end functions as needed.

Qualifications of Frozen Inventory Associate:

• Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, maintain proper inventory level and ensure rotation of product.
• Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise in specific areas.
• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds at least forty percent (40%) of the time.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
