• It is the duty of Grocery Associate to rearrange merchandise regularly to maintain the freshness of items for customers.

Qualifications of Grocery Associate:

• A minimum age requirement of 16 years must be met
• Demonstrate reliability by showing a willingness to adapt to changing schedules, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
• Demonstrating a reciprocal regard for others while adhering to a robust ethical framework is fundamental to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Sprouts environment.
• Display a can-do attitude and aptitude for engaging with our customer base
• Demonstrate proficient communication skills and are adept at engaging in teamwork while being open to receiving instructions
• Proficient in executing repetitive actions, adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and maintaining organization
• Candidates will be required to transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. either horizontally or vertically, between the 5 and 34 ranges, over a maximum distance of 5 feet, all without the use of any mechanical support, and this should be sustained for a period of 25 hours.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures protocols
• Fulfill other assigned responsibilities.
