Job Summary of Bakery Team Associate:

As a Bakery Team Associate, you help keep our bakery department functioning smoothly by assisting shoppers, preparing and packaging goods, and upholding a clean and well-organized workspace. Successful candidates are friendly, energetic, reliable, and strong contributors to a team.

Responsibilities of Bakery Team Associate:

• Offer outstanding support to customers
• Regularly clean and sanitize equipment every day to prevent contamination
• Arrange bakery products and affix tags for display and sale
• Enhance the appearance of baked goods for retail and as requested by customers
• Direct oven activities Stock bakery items on shelves Keep detailed inventory records and report counts accurately
• Help all customers with their shopping requirements and fulfill any other responsibilities as needed

Qualification of Bakery Team Associate:

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with others Good interpersonal skills Good verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail Basic math skills are required Previous experience is helpful but not required

Physical Demands of Bakery Team Associate:

• Remaining on one's feet for an extended period daily, participating in actions like lifting, reaching, and bending, and also incorporating pushing, pulling, and twisting movements

Typical Equipment of Bakery Team Associate:

• Prepare food effectively by employing an oven, proofer, bread slicer, sharp knives, and proper measuring scales
