Job Description:

Distribution Associates are responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient selection of damage free product. You will help fill our stores' orders, meet delivery schedules, and promote customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience levels from 0 to 6 months are suitable for this role
• Candidates with prior electric pallet jack experience are encouraged to apply
• This educational offering is accessible to individuals regardless of their high school diploma status
• Weight manipulation necessity: Restricted to 100 pounds
• Individuals must be a minimum of 18 years of age to fulfill this condition

Job Responsibilities:

• Having the skill to quantify accurately is vital.
• Utilize a voice-operated warehouse management system for accurately identifying products by aligning slot numbers with respective descriptions.
• Transport 100 lb cases from pick slots to pallets while ensuring they are lifted properly from floor level, shoulder height, and overhead.
• Maintain and adhere to specified levels of productivity consistently.
• Create stable and damage-resistant pallet loads by combining cases of various sizes and weights for safe transportation.
• Secure and organize finished pallets of selected products with shrink-wrap in the designated shipping lanes for loading efficiency.
• Keep supervisors abreast of safety-related matters, equipment status, damaged products, and any issues that may surface.
• Demonstrate the capability to adjust your schedule and availability for work hours and shifts to fulfill the company's production demands.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including operating equipment safely and supporting the maintenance of a clean and secure workspace.
• Follow the required steps to maintain the safety of food.
• Take care of different tasks in the warehouse as instructed and mandated.
