Job Summary of Fresh Associate:

This role ensures a safe, clean, and well maintained facility while providing excellent member service. Responsibilities include maintaining department cleanliness, stocking and organizing merchandise, handling food products according to company policies, and assisting members with product needs. The position requires adherence to safety standards, collaboration with team members, and compliance with our policies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Fresh Associate:

• Maintain facility safety by following safety procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting hazards.
• Clean and sanitize department areas including windows, display cases, and food-related equipment.
• Stock, organize, and present merchandise, handling claims, returns, and identifying shrink or damage.
• Package and prepare food products (meat, bakery, produce) following company standards and recipes.
• Assist members by addressing needs, resolving concerns, and promoting company products and services.
• Complete required documentation and collaborate with management and co-workers to meet priorities.
• Follow company policies and ethical standards, using the Open Door Policy as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Fresh Associate:

• Minimum of 6 months fresh production experience.
• Preferred qualifications not specified.

Salary:

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements. Additional premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
