Qualification of Retail Operations Associate:

• Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English, engage with individuals, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Understand basic guidelines, item descriptions, cost indicators, store labels, brief messages, and office notes effectively.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate information in a clear and engaging manner to individuals and small groups within the organization.
• Utilize basic logic to execute specific yet straightforward written or verbal directions.
• Regularly lifting or moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds, frequently handling items up to 45 pounds, and occasionally dealing with loads up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities of Retail Operations Associate:

• Be responsible for a designated store area and replenish products using appropriate tools (excluding machinery)
• Ensures accurate pricing of items, verifies the dates on products for correct rotation, arranges products on shelves and displays, as well as in refrigerated/freezer units.
• Readies fresh items for purchase according to demand
• Creates promotional exhibits for marketing purposes
• Adheres to the directions of store management by ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld in both indoor and outdoor areas of the store
• Delivers a warm, well-informed, quick, and polite service to customers through furnishing them with up-to-date details about the store and its offerings
• Assisting customers with loading purchased items into their vehicles upon request
• Executes fundamental accounting tasks, such as documenting the loss or damage of products and inventory materials through suitable methodologies
