As a Grocery Produce Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of ensuring freshness, quality, and availability. From stocking and rotating produce to helping members with their selections, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an excellent shopping experience. You’ll Make an Impact By:

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting members and answering questions.

• Ensuring produce is fresh, clean, and member-ready.

• Receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise in an organized manner.

• Monitoring inventory to avoid out-of-stock and over-stock situations.

• Checking quality, controlling shrinkage, and removing unsellable products.

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitized produce area.

What You’ll Do:

• Be a Team Member: Work collaboratively, track inventory, and help educate teammates on produce standards.

• Be an Expert: Understand produce quality, seasonality, preparation, and food safety guidelines.

• Be a Techie: Use handheld technology for stocking, inventory, and product quality decisions.

• Be an Owner: Take pride in stocking, rotating, and maintaining produce freshness while serving members.

• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model Sam’s Club standards, inspire others, and support training and development.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate Range: $16.00 – $23.00 (depending on location and experience).

• Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, season, or role responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Willingness to complete all required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior grocery or produce handling experience.

• Food Safety or Food Handler Certification.
