In your capacity as Associate Deli Staff Manager, you will support the Deli and Custom Meal Solutions Manager in managing inventory, ensuring correct pricing, conducting training, and overseeing operational processes that demand keen attention to detail. Responsibilities of Associate Deli Staff Manager:

• Welcoming guests and eagerly supporting them in a genial approach by providing correct and timely assistance
• Offering suggestions and meeting demands
• Setting clear deadlines for ordering can help in the reduction of unnecessary product loss and damage
• Receiving and stocking goods correctly entails replenishing products with attention to rotation standards, ensuring efficient management of inventory levels
• Instruct the teams on the methods to manage, slice, and make ready a variety of the department's meat, cheeses, and Convenient Meal Solutions (CMS) each day
• Inspire, coach, assist, and educate team members both on the floor and using The Fresh Market's internal training software to ensure top-notch guest service is delivered safely and securely

Qualifications of Associate Deli Staff Manager:

• 3 plus years of experience in a guest service role
• 1 plus years of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age
