Responsibilities of Food Operations Specialist:

• Take charge of the production of necessary items to bolster Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce sectors
• Maintain awareness of the store's product offerings and weekly sales promotions, working collaboratively across departments to guide shoppers in finding items and crafting meal options
• Maintain the high standard of products for our clientele by inspecting the store merchandise to guarantee it is correctly rotated, clean, and sanitized according to procedures, and filing reports when needed
• Adhere to all guidelines, regulations, and procedures set forth by The Fresh Market
• Exhibit a professional demeanor by complying with the established uniform regulations
