Responsibilities of Order Courier:

• Offers speedy, effective, and friendly customer support by exhibiting compassion, attentiveness, and patience in all customer interactions while considering customers as the utmost importance within the store.
• Provides a welcoming atmosphere by smiling and addressing customers in a pleasant manner, whether located in the employee's designated section or other parts of the store.
• Strives to familiarize oneself with customers' names and consistently uses them when interacting with them.
• Works jointly with team members to ensure customer happiness and a comfortable work environment.
• Supplies items to customers, accepts payments, and issues change when essential.
• Payments are given back and the beginning cash is provided to the store.
• Maintains the temperature of food and groceries to meet food safety standards and uphold the quality of products for customer approval.
• Maintains steadfast adherence to department and company protocols concerning personal grooming and attire.
• Conforms to the company's policies and adheres to the distinct guidelines of each store location.

Qualifications of Order Courier:

• Formal education not a mandatory requirement.
• A proper driver's license without any constraints from the Department of Transportation is a must
• One must be at least 18 years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle.
• Effective verbal and written communication expertise, coupled with solid interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrating the capability to establish relationships and communicate with individuals in a friendly, professional manner, possessing the aptitude to identify issues, devise and implement solutions, and the ability to comprehend and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions

Physical requirements of Order Courier:

• Proficiency in carrying out diverse physical duties such as bending, kneeling, extending, handling, grasping, sensing, speaking, listening, and engaging in repetitive motions, along with the ability to get in and out of a delivery vehicle several times each day, move up staircases, and navigate rough terrain to reach delivery destinations.
