Job Summary of Product Management Director:

Walmart is seeking a senior product leader to drive the development and execution of generative AI initiatives within its digital advertising arm. This high impact role will lead the vision and implementation of GenAI product strategies, transforming internal workflows and customer experiences through cutting-edge AI technologies. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Product Management Director:

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy and product roadmap for GenAI with a scalable, platform-based approach.
• Embed AI-powered automation across workflows and products to drive growth, efficiency, and transformation.
• Lead a cross-functional product team and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Partner with engineers and data scientists to develop scalable AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Monitor AI trends and conduct market analysis to position Walmart as a leader in GenAI-driven retail media.
• Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for GenAI product success, driving continuous optimization.
• Use data, user feedback, and A/B testing to guide product decisions and improve performance.

Qualifications and Experience of Product Management Director:

• 9+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams in complex environments.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling GenAI or AI-powered products in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts with an emphasis on Generative AI applications.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of navigating ambiguity and leading product-led transformations.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional enterprise teams.
• Preferred experience in MarTech, AdTech, or media-related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with emotional intelligence and cultivate high-performing, iovative teams.
• Comfortable in agile environments, managing competing priorities and complex projects simultaneously.

Salary:

$156,000 – $338,000 aually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock options.
