As the Assistant Service Operations Manager, your role involves aiding the Guest Service Manager in overseeing the guest service and flow at the front of the store, where guests have their final store experience, with the goal of providing outstanding service and achieving desired outcomes. Responsibilities of Assistant Service Operations Manager:
- In charge of front-end and cash office guidelines and security measures, which entail managing cash activities, key administration, and safe maintenance

Qualifications of Assistant Service Operations Manager:
- 3 plus years of experience in a guest service role
- 1 plus years of leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years of age
