Job Summary of Grocery Night Crew Member:

In this role, it is essential to provide outstanding customer service while also maintaining the proper stocking and display of frozen food items. Responsibilities include organizing shelves, managing inventory in the storage area, and ensuring the freshness of products in a sanitary and secure environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Grocery Night Crew Member:

Ensure shelves and freezers are filled with fresh stocks of frozen food items.
Maintain the quality and freshness of goods by implementing a rotation system.
Maintain the cleanliness and United Supermarkets of backroom storage facilities.
Conduct spill remediation tasks and uphold cleanliness in designated sections.
Help patrons with their questions and identifying the whereabouts of merchandise.
Abide by safety guidelines when dealing with frozen and perishable items.

Qualifications and Experience of Grocery Night Crew Member:

Having a high school diploma or similar qualification is desired.
Having worked in stocking operations at a retail or grocery store before is helpful.
Skill to manage overnight duties with limited guidance.
Demonstrating strong United Supermarketsal aptitude and adeptness at multitasking.
Ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods in cold conditions.
