Job Summary of Customer Order Clerk:

The primary duty in this role is to assist with the online pickup service by accurately shopping for customer orders and delivering them curbside. It necessitates precision, timeliness, and a customer-centric approach. The main objective is to provide customers selecting the online shopping option with a convenient and pleasant experience when collecting their purchases.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Order Clerk:

• Put together customer orders based on the specified requirements and directives.
• Ensure the accuracy, freshness, and proper treatment of perishable and non-perishable items.
• Safeguard the transportation of completed orders to the designated pickup area and offer assistance in loading items into customers' vehicles.
• Establish clear chaels of communication with both team members and customers to promote the successful fulfillment of orders.
• Keep your workspace organized and comply with all food safety and company directives.
• Aid in carrying out additional store functions when there is downtime.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Order Clerk:

• While it is preferred, prior experience in retail or order fulfillment is not obligatory.

• Proficiency in the safe carriage of grocery bags and boxes.
