Job Summary of Warehouse Order Selector:

This position is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and transporting products within a warehouse environment. The role requires operating material handling equipment, following safety guidelines, and ensuring products are organized and delivered to the shipping area in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Order Selector:

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting production and safety standards.
• Use order sheets or technology such as voice or scanners to select items.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment to move cases and build pallets.
• Wrap pallets securely to ensure product safety during transport.
• Transport completed pallets to the shipping dock for delivery preparation.
• Complete equipment inspections and report issues to supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with company standards.
• Follow all company policies, food safety, and warehouse regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Order Selector:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and productivity.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform continuous standing, walking, stooping, and reaching.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and producing quality work.

Salary:

• Starting pay of $25.13 per hour with shift - based opportunities.
