Job Summary of Stocker:

In this role, you will ensure that products are received, organized, and stocked efficiently throughout the store. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create an organized and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Stocker:

• Receive, open, unpack, and distribute merchandise to backroom and sales floor shelves.
• Stock at least thirty (30) cases per hour while maintaining accuracy.
• Compare merchandise invoices to items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Design and set up advertising signs and displays to promote sales.
• Take inventory and identify items to be reordered, replenished, or removed due to damage or expiration.
• Answer customer questions and assist with merchandise selection.
• Keep display cases, shelves, aisles, and backroom areas clean and organized.
• Requisition merchandise based on available space, stock levels, and customer demand.

Qualifications and Experience of Stocker:

• Previous experience in retail or warehouse environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast - paced team setting.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
• Good organizational and problem - solving skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory and merchandising practices.
