Carry out the correct preparation, packaging, labeling, and pricing of bakery items according to established company protocols.
Enhance product freshness by regularly checking dates and rotating stock to maintain quality standards.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of bakery equipment like slicers, ovens, and mixers.
