Responsibilities of Bakery Crew Member:
- Providing timely, reliable, and personable customer service by exhibiting empathy, attentiveness, and patience in every customer encounter, while recognizing customers as the most important persons in the store.
- Shows friendliness by offering warm greetings and smiles to customers, whether within the designated department or elsewhere in the store.
- Demonstrates attentiveness by learning and using customers' names to foster a sense of familiarity and rapport.
- Escorts clients to locate desired products, retrieves items that are out of reach, assists in lifting heavy objects, takes note of customer feedback, and performs additional tasks to enrich the shopping journey.
- Assesses the freshness of the food by looking at its appearance and general status.
- Scrutinizes the daily roster of requests.
- Serving patrons by accepting their bakery orders.
- Partners with team members to secure customer happiness and create a pleasant work environment.

Qualifications of Bakery Crew Member:
- Less than High school or equivalent experience
- Six months of less of similar or related work experience.
- Must have the ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions; deal with a few concrete variables.
- Ability to do simple addition and subtraction; copying figures, counting and recording.
- Possess the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing.
Physical Requirements of Bakery Crew Member:
- Proficiency in carrying out medium-level physical labor is necessary, which entails applying up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force continuously for the relocation of objects.
- Clarity of vision at a distance exceeding 20 inches but less than 20 feet, with or without correction, color discrimination, depth perception, and field of vision are all elements of visual requirements.
- The position requires proficiency in physical endeavors such as scaling, maintaining balance, bending down, bending the knees, extending, being upright, moving, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, communicating, listening, and repeatedly performing motions.
