Job Summary of Associate Asset Protection:

This position focuses on ensuring the safety and protection of store assets, associates, and customers. The role involves executing security strategies, monitoring compliance, and preventing loss through proactive measures. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Associate Asset Protection:

• Implement and maintain asset protection strategies to reduce shrink and ensure safety.
• Monitor store activity to identify and resolve theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Support investigations related to internal and external losses.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Provide a visible presence to deter potential security threats or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Train associates on safety procedures and theft prevention practices.
• Document incidents accurately and maintain security reports as required.

Qualifications and Experience of Associate Asset Protection:

• Experience in security, loss prevention, or related field preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and security protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification is a plus.
