Job Summary of Store Cleaner:

The primary duty of this role is to uphold cleanliness and organization within the store to promote a safe and inviting shopping environment. Tasks include cleaning various surfaces, handling waste disposal, and organizing staff areas such as break rooms and storage sections. It is crucial to exhibit a strong sense of duty and meticulousness to maintain the store's sanitation standards and visual appeal.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Cleaner:

• Maintain the cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, and waxing as required.
• Clear designated sections of the store of refuse and ensure its proper disposal.
• Ensure that restrooms, breakrooms, and common workstations are regularly sanitized to promote a healthy environment.
• Keep the back areas, storage zones, and access points clean and organized.
• Handle spills and other urgent clean-up needs quickly and with safety in mind.
• Provide support with setting up or taking down store fixtures and equipment when needed.
• Aid different departments by carrying out maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Cleaner:

• While it is preferred, prior janitorial or maintenance experience is not a prerequisite.
• Skill in the secure operation of cleaning machinery and tools.
• Vigilant attention to particulars and a steadfast commitment to keeping the store clean.
• Having the capability to carry out tasks solo and adhere to the protocols set by the store.
• Readiness to accommodate shifts that extend beyond regular business hours, like weekends and holidays.
• - Preference is given to candidates with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
