Role and Responsibilities:

You will serve customers promptly, maintain freshness and safety standards, and support efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve customers promptly with a smile, ensuring exceptional service and food quality.
• Stock, store, and organize goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Abide by recommended recipes, safety protocols, and guidelines while organizing, packaging, and showcasing food items.
• Conduct necessary temperature assessments and observe product conditions to maintain freshness and safety protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness protocols in sales zones, backroom areas, and refrigerated storage to promote safety and eliminate mess.
• Wash and sanitize cooking tools and utensils following health and company protocols.
• Ensure that signage is in place, products are rotated, freshness is maintained, and merchandise space is allocated properly.
• Operate manufacturing machinery securely and handle cleaning solutions and sharp tools with care.
• Use the cash register in compliance with company policies.
• Support team operations by functioning cohesively in a rapid, high-volume environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Readiness to be present for duty on weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interactions with customers and associates.
• Ability to comprehend and process information from product labels, shelf tags, training materials, and bulletins.
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing activities, and collaborating well with team members.
• Skillful in the secure operation of cleaning agents, sharp implements, and production tools.
• Proactive approach to task handling and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in food preparation or grocery store operations.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines, cleanliness standards, and labor policies.
• Established track record of trustworthiness and commitment in previous roles.
• Competence in customer service interactions and managing dynamic customer needs.
