Job Summary of Cooler Stocker:

This role involves accurately selecting, packing, and organizing warehouse products for shipment to retail stores. The role ensures order accuracy, maintains safety standards, and supports efficient warehouse operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cooler Stocker:

• Pick items from the warehouse inventory following the guidelines of the order specifications.
• Employ the aisle, slot, and quantity identifiers to search for specific products in the store.
• Put together, group, and organize items to shield against harm and ensure secure passage.
• Keep your work environment clean and organized to align with safety protocols.
• Provide support in performing cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy checks as required.
• Properly manage warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks with safety in mind if certified to do so.

Qualifications and Experience of Cooler Stocker:

• Ideally, applicants should have a high school diploma or a comparable certification.
• Having previous warehouse or inventory experience is a benefit but not a necessity.
• Key arithmetic and language skills needed for comprehending order sheets and labels.
• Skilled in managing the lifting of items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods without any difficulties.
• Exercising thoroughness and proficient organizational skills.
• While useful, a forklift certification is not obligatory.
