Job Summary of Retail Service Manager:
In the Retail Service Manager position, you are responsible for leading and developing Crew Members by giving guidance, assistance, and exemplifying the actions that lead to a superior customer experience. You work towards creating a cohesive team environment, enhancing overall team performance, and overseeing the smooth operation of the store to contribute to the brand's expansion and prosperity.

Qualifications of Retail Service Manager:
- 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
- 2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level
- A high school degree or equivalent
- A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity
