Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and assisting with product location.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-end area.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
• Bag groceries carefully and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Safeway store management and other departments to support overall store objectives.
• Take pride in your work, whether it's a perfectly processed transaction or a smoothly run shift.
• Be adaptable and willing to assist in other departments as needed to support store operations.
