Pharmacy Technician Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technician Assistant, you will assist with daily pharmacy operations while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all customers. Your role is essential in supporting pharmacists and maintaining a smooth-running department.

• Provide assistance to customers in-store and via phone with prescription pickups and inquiries.
• Accurately and efficiently process pharmacy transactions at the counter.
• Keep the pharmacy area clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure seamless department operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to meet department and store requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities to maintain pharmacy standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or healthcare settings is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
