Responsibilities of Grocery Support Clerk:

• At Sprouts Farmers Market, Grocery Support Clerk are responsible for different areas of the store, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments. Their tasks involve shelf stocking, filling frozen food bins, and assisting with maintaining the store cleanliness and presentation.
• Tasks for a Grocery Support Clerk may involve accepting product deliveries, verifying their precision, and relocating items to the retail section using a variety of tools and machinery.
• Part of a Grocery Support Clerk role is to rotate merchandise effectively to make sure customers have access to the freshest products.

Qualifications of Grocery Support Clerk:

• One must have surpassed the age of 15 to qualify
• Prove your dependability by being open to working at different times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valuing and respecting others while upholding a strong ethical code is integral to nurturing a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion at Sprouts.
• Possess a positive mindset and adeptness in interacting with our customers
• Display adept communication skills and the capacity to cooperate within a team context, showing willingness to follow guidance
• Competent in undertaking repetitive activities, multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and sustaining organization
• Applicants should be capable of relocating boxes weighing a maximum of 60 lbs. either up or across, falling within the 5 to 34 range, for a distance of up to 5 feet, continuously for 25 hours, without any assistance from mechanical means.
• Abide by safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures specifications
• Handle other related duties as provided.
