Job Summary of Meat Cutter:

This role is responsible for cutting, preparing, and presenting meat products to ensure freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will handle a variety of meat products while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Meat Cutter:

• Cut, trim, chop, grind, and prepare meats for sale and display.
• Operate saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, sort, and grade meat products to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare meat in salable sizes and condition for wrapping and display.
• Check displayed products for expired dates and remove items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Meat Cutter:

• Previous meat cutting or butcher experience preferred.
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to operate meat processing equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy products.
