Chief Tasks, Key Duties, and Main Accountabilities:

• Ensures top-tier member service through friendly interactions, prompt issue resolution, and timely escalation to higher management when required.
• Exhibits a clear grasp of merchandise protection procedures and protocols designed to prevent shrinkage.
• Maintains the AP Alert Binder in line with AP protocols and regulations.
• Follow the BEST (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, and thanking the member) procedures including cross-checking merchandise to member register receipts and verifying high dollar value items. Records register receipt discrepancies and notifies front line to immediately rectify the situation.
• The auditing process for Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery is conducted in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor the adherence to repack guidelines by examining established repack goods.
• Monitor the flow of people entering and leaving the club, particularly keeping tabs on member and guest traffic to maintain order
• Complies with designated Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alert handling procedures.
• Enforces a culture of safety for the protection of team members and members.
• Screens the bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes of individuals leaving the premises to ensure security standards are met.
• Supervises the redemption of vouchers for returned empty water jugs from members.
• Acts in accordance with the club's policies and procedures.
• Carries out additional responsibilities as mandated, which might involve working in other departments as needed.
• The job demands regular and dependable attendance.

Qualifications:

• The job mandates strong interpersonal aptitude and a precise orientation.
• An inclination towards basic math competency is necessary.
• Skill in effectively utilizing a modern handheld tool.
• The mandatory training and certification processes must be satisfactorily completed.
• As a requirement, candidates must have worked with the organization for a period of no less than six months.
• All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• A significant portion of daily activities involves being on one's feet and navigating through firm flooring.
• Occasionally, bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, and utilizing ladders/step stools may be part of the job requirements.
• Requirement to lift items of up to 30 pounds periodically.
• Enduring temperature changes in both indoor and outdoor settings.
