Grocery Clerk

Company Overview:

Superior Grocers is hiring a Grocery Clerk to support daily store operations. This role focuses on maintaining well-stocked shelves, rotating merchandise, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and the store's financial success.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain stocking and rotation of merchandise in the grocery area.
• Ensure displays are neat, organized, and follow store guidelines.
• Perform cashier duties as needed to support customer flow.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service to all customers.
• Assist team members and management with store needs as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail for stocking, product rotation, and cashier accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or grocery experience is helpful but not required.
