Store Dept Lead

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Store Dept Lead you will oversee operations and guide associates to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities include:

• Create an outstanding customer experience through excellent service and support.
• Supervise and direct daily functions, duties, and activities of department associates.
• Achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining compliance with established standards.
• Monitor and enforce quality assurance, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized department environment.
• Train, coach, and encourage associates to embrace the Customer 1st strategy and provide superior customer service.
• Support daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve overall store objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
• Previous retail or grocery department supervisory experience.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and associate training.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
