Role and Responsibilities:
As a Store Dept Lead you will oversee operations and guide associates to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities include:
- Create an outstanding customer experience through excellent service and support.
- Supervise and direct daily functions, duties, and activities of department associates.
- Achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining compliance with established standards.
- Monitor and enforce quality assurance, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized department environment.
- Train, coach, and encourage associates to embrace the Customer 1st strategy and provide superior customer service.
- Support daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Collaborate with store leadership to achieve overall store objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous retail or grocery department supervisory experience.
