Job Summary of Store Associate:

This role supports store operations by ensuring a welcoming shopping environment, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining well - stocked and organized shelves. The position contributes to smooth day - to - day functions by assisting with transactions, handling fresh food preparation, and promoting a clean and safe store experience for customers and team members alike.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Associate:

• Deliver exceptional service by assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and cases while ensuring products are rotated and displayed properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in preparation areas, storage spaces, and sales floors.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and monitor shrink to protect company resources.
• Operate store equipment safely and maintain it in proper working condition.
• Follow all food safety, preparation, and packaging guidelines in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support other departments and collaborate on storewide promotions when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Associate:

• 0–2 years of retail or store experience preferred.
• Ability to learn product lines, store layouts, and operating procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate equipment such as mixers, slicers, pallet jacks, and label machines.
