Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will help strengthen customer trust and loyalty by supporting smooth operations and providing excellent service. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
• Make product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Stock and rotate items in the department to ensure freshness and proper date control.
• Use supplies responsibly to reduce waste and manage costs effectively.
• Operate department equipment and tools correctly and safely.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area while reporting hazards or equipment concerns to management.
• Notify management of theft, shoplifting, unauthorized discounts, or policy violations.
• Complete additional job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
