Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cold Storage Selector:

• Ensure the correct products are picked from the warehouse inventory according to order details.
• Use the aisle number, slot position, and quantity details to find items effectively.
• Put together, group, and organize items to shield against harm and ensure secure passage.
• Ensure your workspace is organized and clean in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Offer assistance in conducting inventory accuracy checks and cycle counts when necessary.
• Certified personnel should operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with due regard for safety.

Qualifications and Experience of Cold Storage Selector:

• A high school diploma or similar certification is preferred for this position.
• Experience in a warehouse or inventory setting is preferred but not essential.
• Fundamental numerical and literacy competencies required for understanding order forms and tags.
• Proficient in lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds and standing for extended durations.
• Showing a commitment to accuracy and proficient organizational capabilities.
• It is preferred to have a forklift certification, but it is not a strict requirement.
