Job Summary of Deli Worker:

In the role of a Deli Worker, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience, organizing products effectively, and contributing to a clean and welcoming store ambiance. Responsibilities of Deli Worker:

• Coordinating the ordering of produce items with the Produce-Floral Manager
• Greeting guests and proactively assisting them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely information
• Making recommendations and accommodating requests
• Managing order guides/ordering deadlines/reducing shrink/damage
• Properly receiving/stocking of goods that follow rotation standards when replenishing product levels
• As needed, assist the Assistant Floral Manager within the floral department
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job as well as through The Fresh Market's internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure man

Qualifications of Deli Worker:

• A fervor for providing outstanding service experiences
• Individuals must be 18 years of age or older in order to make purchases at our Deli counter
