Responsibilities of Order Fulfillment Associate:

• The main task associated with this position involves boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service provision at the designated curbside pick-up spot, ensuring speedy, accurate, and friendly order processing and payment handling.
• Uphold a beneficial and harmonious relationship with clients, coworkers, and leaders.
• Display a respectful and genial approach when dealing with customers, regardless of whether the interaction takes place in person or over the telephone, by addressing their concerns and requests effectively.
• Quickly handle customer complaints by contacting supervisors for support when required.
• Utilize the dashboard to receive the workflow assignments and ensure that all orders are fulfilled by the end of the day.
• Utilize the selection process to select merchandise in the store and pack them appropriately, adhering to the prescribed bagging criteria.
• Ensure that products are stored appropriately in accordance with food safety standards in the staging zone.
• Acknowledge and welcome each customer while efficiently processing their payment, aiming to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Uphold a standard of cleanliness and order in the workspace.

Qualifications of Order Fulfillment Associate:

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Meijer store preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• General awareness of food safety regulations.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Process driven and ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
