Responsibilities of Bakery Crew Member:

• Give enduring consideration to understanding and fulfilling customer needs for optimal satisfaction.
• Show appreciation and offer support to individuals in a timely and amiable fashion.
• Provide product suggestions and informative details for customer decision-making.
• Handle the arrangement and shifting of bakery items to uphold their freshness and availability.
• Properly and efficiently use bakery equipment and tools while maintaining safety standards.
• Ensure the bakery section is consistently in a neat, orderly, and safe state.
• Oversee the precision of product quality, appearance, and labeling details.
• Provide assistance in obtaining, unpacking, and structuring bakery supplies.
• Notify the management immediately if there are issues with equipment, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Execute any other duties as designated by the employer.

Qualifications of Bakery Crew Member:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Operate bakery equipment (e.g., slicer, oven, scale, knives, box cutter and pricing gun) according to company guidelines.
