Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

Join a leading foodservice distribution company as a dedicated warehouse team member. This role involves working in a multi-temperature environment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in preparing customer orders. Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders using warehouse systems and equipment.
• Build, wrap, and prepare pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Verify products are correct, damage-free, and delivered to the correct dock area.
• Shrink wrap palletized orders and clear aisles of debris to maintain a safe workspace.
• Stack empty pallets in designated areas and return pallet jacks to charging stations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to read and communicate in English for safety, training, and reporting purposes.
• Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20–80+ lbs. repetitively, moving up to 1,000+ cases per shift.
• Willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts, primarily Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience in physically demanding activities such as warehouse, construction, farming, or athletics preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred.
