Role and Responsibilities:

Playing a key part in overseeing store operations and human resources to maintain a high level of performance:

• Learn the operations in each store division and provide assistance
• Contribute to the overall performance of the store by supporting both operations and human resources
• Use scheduling systems to maximize staff utilization and meet operational requirements
• Manage security, maintenance, safety, and sanitation protocols for smooth operations
• Oversee purchasing and inventory control functions
• Carry out administrative and human resources duties
• Promote the company's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety

Mandatory Skills and Expertise:

• Ability to manage multiple operational functions in a retail environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience or willingness to handle scheduling and HR duties
• Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supervising retail teams or managing retail operations
• Knowledge of store operations and HR management principles
