Job Summary of Food Service Leader:

This position is ideal for a high-energy, team-oriented individual with a passion for leadership and delivering excellent food service. The role involves assisting in managing food operations, ensuring food safety and quality, and providing fast, friendly service. This individual helps lead the team, maintains food presentation standards, and supports the Store Manager in creating a positive guest and team member experience aligned with company values.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Leader:

• Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage food inventory, costs, waste, preparation, and presentation.
• Ensure food service area cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards.
• Meet food sales goals such as pizza, breakfast items, and beverages.
• Train and coach team members on food preparation and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors on food safety monitoring and training.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate food products appropriately.
• Efficiently process guest transactions with excellent customer service.
• Support Store Manager or Guest Service Leader with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Leader:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail or food service experience.
• 1 year of experience in retail, service, or restaurant preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy, quick adaptability, and strong team spirit.
