Job Summary of Store Team Associate:

Store Team Associate are responsible for carrying out management-assigned tasks, which can include organizing and restocking a store section, helping customers with carry-out services, and ensuring the store is clean.Store Team Associate are instrumental in supporting the daily operations of a store or business through customer assistance, display maintenance, and timely completion of regular duties.

Qualification of Store Team Associate:

• Proficient in reading and writing English, as well as interacting with a wide range of individuals in various settings.
• Interpret basic instructions, product descriptions, pricing indications, shelf markers, concise written exchanges, and workplace memos accurately.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Skillfully convey information in one-on-one and small group situations to effectively engage with customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Utilize basic understanding to execute specific but not overly complex written or oral instructions.
• The role entails the regular lifting and/or moving of objects that weigh up to 25 pounds, frequent handling of items up to 45 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving of objects up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

Responsibilities of Store Team Associate:

• Be responsible for a designated store area and replenish products using appropriate tools (excluding machinery)
• Ensures accurate pricing of items, verifies the dates on products for correct rotation, arranges products on shelves and displays, as well as in refrigerated/freezer units.
• Readies fresh items for purchase according to demand
• Creates promotional exhibits for marketing purposes
• Adheres to the directions of store management by ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld in both indoor and outdoor areas of the store
• Delivers a warm, well-informed, quick, and polite service to customers through furnishing them with up-to-date details about the store and its offerings
• Assisting customers with loading purchased items into their vehicles upon request
• Executes fundamental accounting tasks, such as documenting the loss or damage of products and inventory materials through suitable methodologies
