Role and Responsibilities
As a Store Front-End Specialist, you will be the welcoming face for customers and play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience. You will provide friendly assistance, keep front-end areas organized, and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide friendly, attentive service by greeting customers and assisting at checkout.
- Bag groceries carefully to protect items and ensure a convenient shopping experience.
- Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Collect and organize shopping carts and baskets from store entrances and parking areas.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front-end area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Support store operations with light restocking, price checks, and returning items to shelves.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly store environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a dedication to excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle groceries safely and efficiently.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, move carts, and lift light to moderate loads.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, grocery, or customer service roles is a plus.
