Job Summary of Customer Service Representative:

The core focus of this role is to provide a welcoming and effective customer service experience within a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities involve operating the register, restocking products, preserving cleanliness, and assisting with various store operations. The individual will receive training in multiple areas to support the store team and ensure the location is fully operational and prepared for customers.

Role requirements and duties:

• Offer a warm reception to guests and prioritize providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform transactions at the register accurately and promptly while keeping a friendly manner.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and freezers well-stocked to ensure products are readily available to customers.
• Comply with food safety regulations when making coffee and other products.
• Maintain a hygienic environment within the store, including sales floors, dining areas, and restroom facilities.
• Flourish in a fast-paced environment by being adaptable and offering support to teammates as required.
• Offer support with tasks directed by store management and contribute to a teamwork-driven atmosphere.
• Supporting day-to-day operations may involve working at nearby sites when needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Representative:

• Educational prerequisites not specified; candidates holding a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
• Prior experience of 3-6 months in retail, food service, or guest service is a plus.
• Attaining a ServSafe or food safety certification is seen as a bonus, but not a necessity.
• Skilled in communicating with visitors and team members in a customer-oriented context.
• Being dynamic, flexible, team-oriented, and possessing rudimentary computer competencies are helpful attributes.
