Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will assist in managing store operations and human resources to create a productive and efficient environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Gain knowledge of and support operations in all store departments
• Assist in managing overall store performance, including operations and human resources
• Use scheduling strategies to maximize workforce efficiency and meet operational needs
• Oversee security, maintenance, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Manage inventory procurement and stock control
• Perform administrative and human resource functions
• Promote and model Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and manage diverse retail operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience or willingness to handle scheduling and HR duties
