Job Summary of Kitchen Team Member:

Responsibilities include assisting in overseeing food-related tasks, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and delivering quick and pleasant customer service. The candidate assists in guiding the team, ensuring adherence to food presentation standards, and supporting the Store Manager in creating a positive environment for both guests and staff, in accordance with company values.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Team Member:
- Offer a heartfelt welcome to guests to create a friendly environment.
- Organize the regulation of food inventory management, costs, disposal of unused items, food preparation, and plating techniques.
- Meet sanitation requirements by keeping the food service area clean and complying with standards.
- Achieve targets for selling food products such as pizza, breakfast items, and drinks.
- Help team members improve their skills in food preparation and safety protocols through coaching and training.
- Develop working relationships with third-party vendors to improve food safety monitoring and training initiatives.
- Keep stock at appropriate levels and rotate food products accordingly.
- Ensure guest transactions are processed efficiently, accompanied by excellent customer service.
- Help the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by taking on extra duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Team Member:
- The essential qualification is a high school diploma or its equivalent, the GED.
- The ideal candidate should possess at least six months of experience in retail or food service.
- Retail, service, or restaurant experience of 1 year is preferred.
- While beneficial, a ServSafe certification is not mandatory.
- Comfortable communicating and engaging with guests and fellow team members.
- Illustrating a vigorous demeanor, agility in adapting promptly, and a harmonious team spirit.
