In the position of a Store Courtesy Associater, you will have the chance to get acquainted with a variety of retail duties linked to the additional services rendered at our store, merchandise, and client assistance. Responsibilities of Store Courtesy Associate:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.

Qualifications of Store Courtesy Associate:

• Demonstrating a strong ability to structure tasks effectively and pay close attention to specifics.
• Strong aptitude for attentive listening and clear communication.
• Capable of performing lifting, transporting, pushing, pulling, bending, and rotating tasks when dealing with merchandise or operating different machinery.
• Capacity to excel in a rapid work atmosphere.
