Responsibilities of Store Customer Service Manager:
- Ensure top-tier customer service by promptly welcoming customers within a 10-foot proximity, addressing queries efficiently, and providing swift assistance to cashiers.
- Ensuring timely service by opening extra registers if there are three or more customers queued up.
- Establish and ensure adherence to efficient working hours for front-line employees in alignment with the volume of business and customer traffic necessities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies while managing a variety of sales transactions such as Accounts Receivable, Food Stamps, WIC, coupons, checks, gift certificates, and gift cards.
- Administer the processing of Western Union and Money Order transactions.
- Maintain open communication with store management regarding pricing discrepancies, issues with registers or scales, and any inconsistencies in the POS files related to missing items.
- Manage refunds, excessive charges, exceptions, checks validation, cash retrievals, and change order demands when necessary.
- Enact the dress policy rules and supervise break times following the company's guidelines and federal protocols.
- It is important to enforce a policy that prohibits associates from eating or drinking near the registers and ensure that any returned perishable items are promptly reintegrated into stock.
- Adhere to company regulations when employing the override feature.
Requirements of Store Customer Service Manager:

- Experience in a cashier or front-end role is a prerequisite for this position.
