Role and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a Warehouse Helper include facilitating efficient warehouse functions and upholding accuracy in order processing:

• Collaborate within a team setting to facilitate the functionality of the distribution center.
• Use directed methods to select and pack orders with precision and care.
• Bundle and prepare fulfilled store purchases for shipping.
• Adhere to safety requirements when loading shipments onto trucks for transportation.
• Retrieve supplies from vendors and arrange merchandise for the preparation of outbound pick and pack tasks.
• Refill goods in primary and secondary storage bins as needed.
• Open, transfer, and handle product containers for refilling shelves.
• Ensure accurate completion of daily paperwork, records, and documentation tasks.
• Review requests to find catalog identifiers, dimensions, shades, and quantities of goods.
• Collect products from bins and shelves, making sure inventory remains correct.

Required Skills and Experience

• It is recommended to possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Adeptness in working collaboratively within a rapid environment.
• Thorough in paying attention to details and adept at organizing tasks effectively.
• Competency in accurately reading and adhering to provided directives.
• Essential physical capacity for regularly handling, moving, and lifting merchandise.
• Strong dedication to ensuring safety and following organizational protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in handling tasks within distribution, warehouse, or logistics sectors.
• Proficiency in managing inventory and fulfilling orders efficiently.
• Possessing the skill to communicate in multiple languages is termed as bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
