Responsibilities of Seasonal Customer Service Associate:

• Your duties will cover customer assistance and enhancing the shopping experience to be enjoyable and memorable for our customers
• Channel your passion and familiarity with our products to guide customers towards finding the perfect option.
• Manage the in-store checkout for customers who have opted to buy products online and later pick them up at the designated location.
• Keep up with merchandising, pricing, signage, and replenishment expectations for the sales floor.
• Help with freight processing and unloading truck shipments as required.
• Assist in maintaining a secure shopping environment.

Qualification of Seasonal Customer Service Associate:

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
